Shipping costs

Every shipment is prepared after receiving the payment. In case of paymet with Paypal o credit/debit card the shipment is prepared in 24-48 hous. If the product is out of stock the time to shipment can be of 48 – 36 hours.

If the customer pay with bank transfer, the shipment is prepared after receiving the payment (5-7 working days).

Warning: Termoidraulica RV di Pasquale Santino declines every responsibility for packages damaged from the courier.

We ship our products with DHL and FedEx express couriers.

UE states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, United kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

Shipping cost to Extra-UE countries.

We ship our products with DHL, FedEx and TNT express couriers.

Customs costs are excluded.
