Invoices – Warranty

Proof of warranty

Our products are sold and accompanied by a tax receipt or sales invoice, which are attached in paper form inside the packages.

Invoicing

In the case of purchase by private individuals, it is possible to request an invoice for the goods together with the payment, indicating the tax code. In case of non-communication, we will issue a tax receipt.

In the case of a purchase by a company, it is necessary to report the VAT number, SDI or PEC code and tax code when registering so that the sales invoice can be issued.

Warranty

Our products have a 1 year warranty.

Products considered perishable, such as in-line filters, bayonet filters and UV lamps are not covered under warranty as they must be replaced within 12 months of installation date.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Malfunctions due to incorrect inlet water quality such as, for example, due to an excessive presence of limestone are not taken into consideration.

We remind you that the installation of the products sold must be carried out by specialized personnel. The warranty does not in any way cover defects or damage to the products due to incorrect installation that does not correspond to the manufacturer’s instructions and technical indications given on the product or on the packaging or on the website.

Furthermore, we decline all responsibility for damages due to accidents, force majeure, fire, use other than those expressed in the instruction booklet, negligence, tampering and unauthorized modifications.

It is always advisable to scrupulously follow the instructions given in the instruction booklet attached to the product.

Warranty Application

If it is necessary to replace a component under warranty, we will send the replacement free of charge. The costs of the technician who will replace the component are not included in the warranty.

In case it is necessary to take the machine back for a warranty overhaul, we will send our courier to the address indicated. The times for the repair depend on the type of intervention.

The customer can, by his choice, bring the machinery to our headquarters in Orvieto (TR) for the overhaul of the machinery.

In any case it is not possible to receive a temporary replacement product or the replacement of the entire machine.

In any case, it is not possible to solve the problem at the customer’s site. It is, therefore, always necessary to receive the machinery at our headquarters.
