Shipping costs and methods

Shipments are prepared from the moment payment is received. In case of purchase with PayPal or debit/credit card, the shipment is prepared within 48 hours and delivered to the express courier. In case of purchase by bank transfer, the shipment is prepared upon payment confirmation (3 working days).

In the event of a delay in shipment due to a slowdown in the supply of the material, you will be contacted to inform you of the updated timing.

Each package is assigned a traceability code which is provided to the customer via email to allow for checking the shipping status. Parcel delivery is estimated in 5-8 working days out of Italy.

ATTENTION: Termoidraulica RV di Pasquale Santino disclaims any responsibility for damage or delays attributable to the courier. It is always advisable to accept the package with reserve.

If the product is not in stock, shipping times may vary and are communicated via email or telephone to the customer.
