Refund conditions

The customer can decide to return the purchased product no later than 14 days.

The product must be in the original intact package, unused and without dents.

The shipping cost shall be payd by the customer.

Once received the product, R.V. di Valterio Roberto undertakes to return the full amount payd from the customer to purchase the product within 14 days.
