The water that reaches our homes contains a percentage of calcium and magnesium salts which make up the hardness of the water. Heating water gives rise to a chemical process with the formation of calcium and magnesium carbonate (limescale) and carbon dioxide. Calcium carbonate, thus, tends to precipitate, creating encrustations inside the pipes and exchangers, while carbon dioxide generates corrosive effects inside the systems.
This is why it is important to equip your system with a proportional polyphosphate dispenser to protect the boiler and our system from possible problems related to limescale.
ZerCal+ PRO is a proportional dispenser of polyphosphates in liquid format that is easy to install under the boiler and heat exchangers. Equipped with the vertical L-shaped DIMA universal DUAL connection 1/2″, thanks to the 1/2″ connections, it is able to introduce polyphosphate along the line capable of inhibiting the formation of limescale encrustations.
ZeroCal + PRO does not require electricity and is made of top quality materials certified for food use (DM 174/2004). Installation is very simple and can be carried out upstream of the water system, before the boilers and upstream of washing machines and dishwashers.

ZeroCal Dose
Ready-to-use liquid product, formulated with food grade raw materials for the anti-limescale treatment on boilers, heat exchangers and water systems. The product prevents the formation of limescale encrustations up to a temperature of 65°C and 70°C on copper pipe. It has an anti-corrosion action by forming a protective film that prevents direct contact between the water and the metal of the pipe.
The regular dosage of Zerocal+ Dose allows energy savings of between 15 and 20% over time and an extension of the average life of heat exchangers and household appliances.
