Everpure 2FC-PS
The Everpure 2FC-PS water filter cartridge, made with exclusive Fibredyne™ media, provides high-quality water thanks to the reduction of PFOA/PFOS (PFAS) up to 99,8%, chlorine, taste and odor, lead, microplastics, particulate matter and cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia, helping keep lead below the U.S. Federal Action Level of 10 ppb and the Health Canada level of 5 ppb.
The integrated scale inhibitor media helps minimize scale formation on equipment surfaces, improving efficiency, performance and long-term durability.
Filtration down to 0,2 micron ensures safer water and protects equipment from fine particulate and impurities that can reduce performance.
* Ideal for drinking water, beverage dispensers and Office Coffee Service (OCS).
* Ideal for low-volume ice machines.
* Improves the taste of beverages and helps preserve beverage system quality.
* Protects equipment from particulate, impurities and scale formation that can reduce efficiency.
* No electrical connection required.
* Vertical installation recommended.
* The rapid-change filter is easy to install and replace without special tools.
* Validated by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory for 99,999% reduction of Brevundimonas diminuta according to ASTM F838 protocol for validating 0,2 µm sterilizing-grade filters.
Features:
* Reduction of chlorine, taste and odor
* Reduction of PFOA/PFOS
* Lead reduction
* Microplastics reduction
* Particulate reduction (Class I)
* Cyst reduction
* Scale reduction (integrated scale inhibitor)
Certifications:
* System tested and certified by NSF International to NSF/ANSI 42, NSF/ANSI 53 and NSF/ANSI 401 for the reduction of chlorine, taste and odor, Class I particulate, cysts, lead, microplastics and PFOA/PFOS.
* When paired with the Everpure QL3B filter head with flow-control limiter, the QL3B – 2FC-PS system is certified by IAPMO R&T to NSF/ANSI 53 for the reduction of PFOA and PFOS.
• Technology: Fibredyne™ (patented filter media)
• Micron rating: 0,2 micron
• Service life: 1.000 gallons (3.785 liters)
** Capacity varies according to:
* inlet water quality
* required flow rate
* inlet water pressure
* filter use (continuous or intermittent)
• Service flow rate: 1,5 gpm (5,67 l/min)
• Temperature: 35 – 100°F (2 – 38°C)
• Pressure: 10 – 125 psi (0,7 – 8,6 bar), non-shock.
• Size: 2
• Cartridge dimensions HxD (mm.): 260,4×82,6 (mm.) – 10,25″x3,25″ (In.)
(Leave adequate vertical space under the filter to allow replacement.)
• Activation: It is advisable to run water through the filter at maximum pressure and full flow rate for at least 5 minutes to allow air purging and flushing of the cartridge.
• Cartridges change: When capacity is reached, or when flow becomes too slow (drops below 0,7bar/10psi), every 6 months but at least annually.
Do not use with microbiologically unsafe or unknown-quality water without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Systems certified for cyst reduction can be used with disinfected water that may contain filterable cysts. All systems must be maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Nota bene: The removed or reduced contaminant may not necessarily be present in your water.
