A drip irrigation system allows not only to have an excellent organization of your plants, pots and garden but also to save money and avoid waste, but how?
The kit we present is able to customize the dosage of water that each plant needs to receive periodically thanks to drippers. The latter have a valve which, by opening and closing it, can regulate the flow of water droplets coming out of the dripper. All this is the basis of concentrated and localized irrigation that offers and ensures a constant rate of moisture to the roots without creating problems of drainage of the soil.

The benefits of a drip irrigation system
The irrigation system can avoid wastage and stagnation of water on the soil of our plants thus avoiding the proliferation of fungi and guaranteeing a longevity of your plants. Also when you are away from home you have the possibility to program the water distribution of our irrigation system thanks to the electronic programmer.
The Electronic Programmer has a display that can help us choose our seasonal irrigation plan and is weather resistant. Alkaline 9V batteries have a long life and when they are about to run out you will be notified on the display of the device.

How to create your own drip irrigation system
The drip irrigation system is very simple to implement and easy to customize according to our needs.
1 – The programmer can be hooked directly to the tap dispenser, or a bypass can be created to have both the water supply from the tap and the water supply for the drip irrigation system.
2 – Once the programmer is installed, you need to attach the pressure stabilizer in the lower part, to drop the automatic 3/4″ thread connection and finally the pipe connection.
3 – start to attach a portion of the hose to the fitting to create the first part of the drip irrigation system.
4 – complete the whole drip irrigation system with other components such as drippers to water plants, stakes to fix the pipe on the ground and make it stable and T-Pieces and elbow fittings to create the plant according to our needs.
Example of drip irrigation system for 10 balcony pots
The drip irrigation system is easy and simple to implement. It fits in any environment.
Whether it is your garden or terrace, a drip irrigation system is the best solution to facilitate the irrigation of our plants and have control over the quantity and timing of water delivery.
The circuit of pipes, fittings and drippers starts from the programmer which is installed directly to the water supply line. The installation then continues with the screwing of the pressure stabilizer, the automatic connection and the pipe fitting connecting the circuit.
Then the first portion of pipe and the elbow connection from which the line starts and the T-connections that have the task of making the water continue along the terrace and over the pots. To support each portion of the tube intended for the various pots we have provided a fixing peg.
This example in the photo is for a possible drip irrigation kit for the number of 10 terrace pots.
