Push the Selection wheel to make changes, turn to scroll options, & push again to save selection. Timer emits a beep to confirm selection and also when watering starts and stops. Built for durability, treated with UV inhibitors, and is tamper-resistant; ready to start with preset schedule. View battery life on screen; when batteries run out, the unique water-saving feature shuts off valve to stop the flow of water.
