Edenya Micro Cal 1 way water microfiltration system

System designed for the supply of filtered water, to be installed under the sink of the house.

Thanks to the included filters, the system is able to reduce the hardness at the point of use improving the quality of the water and preserving the tap from possible fouling.

The system is designed to be installed under the kitchen sink.

Thanks to the Micro Cal system it is possible to break down the scale at the point of use, moulds, algae and suspended substances up to 0.5 microns.

Made of matt black painted aluminium shell, the Edenya Micro Cal microfiltration system consists of:

The Micro Cal microfiltration system includes the following filters:
Demikal Weak 350 filter

Thanks to the effectiveness of the carboxylic resins used or cationic weak, DEMIKAL Weak filters ensure the reduction of the temporary hardness of water (calcium carbonate and magnesium) to the desired extent. An effective treatment solution for water intended for the preparation of ice and hot drinks, because it guarantees:

• the maintenance of essential substances for the quality of the product delivered;
• limestone protection of equipment such as coffee machines, vending machines, breakfast machines, taps

Main features

• mechanical filtration action, carried out by a Carbon Block filter stage capable of filtering 5 μm;
• chemical action, ion exchange turning of the weak cationic resin ensuring the reduction of the temporary hardness of water (calcium and magnesium bicarbonates) to the desired extent and adsorption carried out by the Carbon Block inside it. Which eliminates the excess of chlorine present in the water and any toxic metals and composites;

Edenya activated carbon filter AG 0.5 micron – Medium

The Edenya Activated Carbon Filter AG Medium is ideal for reducing sedimentation up to 0.5 microns, chlorine, unwanted flavors and odors.

The Edenya AG Medium activated carbon filter acts as a triple action filter system:

•  mechanical filtration action carried out by a membrane of polyethylene fibers, with a large surface area with a degree of filtration of 0.5 microns, with a special drain. This guarantees the retention of impurities and suspended substances;
• chemical action of adsorption is carried out by the powdered activated carbon, obtained from the coconut, which eliminates the excess of chlorine present in the water and any metals and toxic compounds;
• Ag principle, that is the silver salts of which the coal is impregnated, plays an important bacteriostatic action preventing bacteria from proliferating inside the filter.
