The Demikal Plus filters combine, in a single filter the effective action of the carboxy resins to the benefits of the microfiltration system Refiner. Its particular shape 2 in 1 provides that the incoming water, in the proportion established by the by-pass, is treated by the resins to reduce the carbonate hardness.
The result is a treated water by the resins in the desired percentage, and 100% microfiltered.
The Demikal Plus filters guarantee water with ideal characteristics for coffee and many other hot beverages, enhancing flavor and aroma. At the same time ensure maximum protection against scale of professional coffee machines, vending machines and machines for breakfast.
Demikal Plus filter acts as a filtering system to triple action:
- mechanical action of filtering, developed by a membrane in fibers of polyethylene, to ample surface with degree of filtering 0.5 micron, with special drain. That guarantees a retrain of suspended microparticles, mold and rust;
- physical action of absorption, developed by the active carbon, obtained from the coconut, which eliminates the excess of chlorine and also metals and toxic organic compounds;
- chemical action of ion exchange, developed by weak cationic resin ensuring water with low fixed residue
