The Oceano anti nitrates Large 5 μm, is composed by a ion-exchange resin column characterized by an exceptional selectivity towards nitrates and a filter net for the detention of the resin and the pos- sible microparticles present in the suspension. The exchange resin used, defined strongly basic anion, is characterized by a particular porous structure which allows an excellent kinetic exchange, high resistance to shocks physical, thermal and osmotic, as well as to organic fouling. Its composition is in compliance with current regulations which regulate the processes of food transformation.
