DMfit fittings are products manufactured from safe, non-toxic materials in accordance with US FDA requirements,
WRAS, ANSI/NSF-51, 61, ACS, KTW and DVGW-W270. They are widely used in purification systems
of water with food/drinks and pneumatic systems.
These DMfit fittings are made of acetal resin, also known as POM, highly durable and resistant to
sliding and wear.
Acetal resin has high resistance to a wide range of organic and inorganic chemicals and detergents. It is not
recommended for use with strong acids or repeated exposure to strong oxidants.
Look how simple it is to use a quick-connect fitting:
– Cut the part of the pipe to insert into the fitting.
– Be sure to use a clean hose without any foreign material or cracks.
– Remove any obstructions before fully inserting the tube.
– Inserting the tube requires moderate force. Do not scratch or damage the tube in the operation, it may be
cause of water leaks.
– To ensure the fitting is properly connected to the hose, pull it once. After pulling, insert a key
under the collar and push the hose into the fitting for complete insertion.
Fittings can be reused and combined to provide broader functions.
