Ionicore Carbon Block coconut-based filters are made up of eight different carbon blends.
Thanks to high-performance coconut carbon, a unique carbon fusion system and a proprietary production method, the filter offers low pressure drop, high contaminant retention capacity and excellent contaminant reduction.
The Silver Nano Technology in the Coconut Carbon Block filters makes them bacteriostatic and hygienic over the long term, combining the specific benefits of both technologies. The silver inhibits the proliferation of bacteria within the filter bed. The filters are designed to fit into standard 10″ housings. The coconut-based activated carbon works to absorb contaminants and form a physical barrier against them by trapping organic molecules and other substances on its porous surface, which consists of activated carbon particles fused into a single block with high absorption capacity and efficiency.
