Reverse osmosis systems

Reverse osmosis system consists of a process where a solution with a bigger concentration of solute passes through a semipermeable membrane lowering the solute’s concentration.
The process of reverse osmosis is utilized for desalination of water and drinkable water filtration. The difference between microfiltration systems, that uses a physical obstacle, reverse osmosis systems use a principle where the key action is made by the semipermeable membrane that allows only the passage to idrophile molecules, therefore just water!
Which system you should choose depends on many factors. The most important to keep in consideration are:
Water quality
Required water quantity
Reverse osmosis systems can both have a direct flow or an accumulation tank, often utilized where the water pressure isn’t very high, often used with a UV light as the last filtration stage.
Choosing the right reverse osmosis system is the first step for a good and safer way to drink water!
